As educators, we often discuss how different concepts in education recycle themselves and return to be an important reform or methods years later (the swinging pendulum). With this in mind, what do you see in the future of education (from a theoretical perspective) relative to the different educational theories and theorist. Are there theories and/or theoretical methods that will resurface and become the "method of the day" in education? Are there methods that were successful, that might become successful once again? Are schools and students the same today as they were in other eras? Will technology create a major shift in the way the curriculum is delivered?
