As a retail consultant you have been commissioned by a high street outlet, of your own choice, to make a strategy that would help them to compete for many years to come in a rapidly changing environment. Strategy would include methods of recognising how external changes impact upon firm and the various techniques which may be used in the implementation of change. Consideration should also be given to the structure and size of the firm and how it presents itself to it’s stakeholders.
