Thesis - Although graffiti considered a punishable crime, and a vandalism but a graffiti can shows creativity in peoples mind and we can see their world through these paintings. Also graffiti may be some words representing some messages that artists are trying to express it through the street walls.
However, some countries trying to help artists with this type of art by making places they can express their art through it, without ruining the walls.
