Regarding this job, draw up a list of duties, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions and reporting relationships involved in this job. This will form your job description. List skills and abilities required to get the job, this will form you job specification.
How would you attract people to this job? Be as specific as possible. Why would you use this method of attracting people to the job?
How would you choose which of the people who apply for the job you will actually get to do the job. Be very specific in how you will choose and justify why you will use that method.
