To help you keep up with the news and to get you ready for your final in mid-January you will complete this current events assignment.
Find, print, and neatly assemble TEN significant articles/op-ed pieces that address significant issues and concerns for US government and politics this year. For each:
• Briefly summarize the main idea/thesis and support with some evidence.
• Give your reaction and make a meaningful connection to U.S. government and politics. State which chapter and topic of our textbook to which you are making your connection
• Be sure to attach each individual write-up to the appropriate article.
• Each reaction should be about a page in length, legible, and on different topics/chapters.
• You may work with 1 other person!

A profile in courage/shame.
A picture is worth a thousand words. Three political cartoons on the same issue. One can be an original artwork of your own.
Note: The Times has political cartoons in the Sunday Week in Review section. Best book review.
