The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has created a detailed guide for health education curricula: the HECAT. Using this tool as your foundation, please discuss the following:

1. Does the tool allow for flexibility relative to regional or cultural needs of a community? Why or why not?

2. Are there areas of health that you feel are important but not addressed in the modules of the HECAT? How do we account for new or expanding knowledge of our health if the tool appears static in its application?
