7. Identify and discuss three characteristics of video that makes it a beneficial form of communication on social media. Provide an example of an organization/brand using video successfully in social media.

8. Discuss the benefits of photos. Give an example of how an organization might use this.

9. Select 3 social media platforms and what different features and strategic benefits of each platform are (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Yelp, etc.). Using one business/organization, provide an example of content that would be shared on each of the 4 platforms and describe how and why this content would vary across platforms.

10. What were your key takeaways from Brittany's (Black Sheep Agency) visit to our class? Identify three things Brittany discussed in her talk.
