Niccolo Machiavelli's " The Qualities of the Prince" is my most favorite one of all the essays we read. I have read this one before long time ago and together with Miyamoto Musashi's, A Book of Five Rings" and Sun Tzu's," The Art of War" pretty much covers the must-read books for business and leadership. The words and frankness of the author are harsh but direct to the point. Leadership in business and in war is not for the faint of heart and is well explained in these books, thus the reason for my fondness in reading them.

I believe that even though you can teach morality in religion. the best morals you learn are adopted from the people closest to you and experience as you go through life. i know growing up in a semi-religious house hold that i have had ideals pushed upon me. but over time i pushed them aside to understand what was they where trying to teach. in turn adopting the ideals of my father and the morals he taught me ever so long ago. i know people that choose to keep the ideas religion and morality as one unit. i myself, choose to keep them in two separate spots to better differentiate the meaning of both.
