(4) Did Henry threaten and intimidate his subordinates? Was Henry's managerial actions a part of a high pressure sales culture, or did Henry's actions cross the line into intimidation? (Recommended page length: 1⁄2 page).

(5) Was Calwest management negligent for not having written documentation of Henry's behavior? Why or why not? Had Calwest management been handling Henry well? Why or why not? (Recommended page length: 1⁄2 to 1 page).

(6) Was Calwest Mortgage Company discriminating against Henry? Why or why not? Further, would taking managerial action against Henry constitute discrimination on the part of Calwest Mortgage Company? (Recommended page length: 1⁄2 to 1 page).

(7) What is your opinion regarding Henry recording his conversations with Calwest employees? (Recommended page length: 1⁄2 to 1 page).
