In this final section, analyze what you have learned about strategy setting, change management, and their impact on success and failure. Address the following:

- How do strategy, power, and leadership impact the success or failure of change? Apply what you have learned here to your own solutions and recommendations for your strategic analysis.
- How does change impact decision making?
