Analysis:

RasGas has a social effect, that derives to a huge extent, because of the contribution the company makes on Qatar's economy. The companies contributions are significant in the revenues of the government, capital investments and advantages derived from the energy RasGas supplies to the market. RasGas provides for Qatari citizens the employment opportunities, and offers development and learning opportunists for their employees. It also engages local contractors and suppliers that supports the economy. Rasgas has divided their CSR activities into four parts, the most essential field they concentrated in is education, with 53% of their duration for CSR activates. It supported education by encouraging students to develop researches in science, which link the education sector with the energy sector in Qatar. Energising Education is considered as a long-term program, it helps student to have a difference in the learning experience which let them absorb the importance of the energy sectors in Qatar in the past and in the future through science. Second activity is the Community that had a 29% of their CSR activates. In this project, the long-term relationship of RasGas has developed with customers in many different countries, it also has been a part of its customers to co-create community programs. That included many programs like a library for children opened in South Korea. That provides loaning toys designed for children to develop their skills and imagination. Third activity is the Environment where RasGas preserved and developed the natural environment for the coming generation but it only took 14% of their CSR total activity. Lastly is the Health which is the lowet activity that RasGas has focused on with only 5% of their concern, in this activity they motivated people to have a healthy life style and to support initiatives in promoting sports and wellbeing.
