An important part of the service model is the distribution of supplementary services through physical or electronic channels of distribution. Within human resource management, the channels of distribution are quite different from traditional channels.

For this discussion, compare and contrast traditional services distributed through traditional outlets to human resource products or services that are distributed to internal customers, regardless of time or space. Include in your 200-300 word response, how the choice of distribution channels may affect organizational credibility. In addition to organizational credibility, there is credibility of the HR office and its members. In virtually all organizations, some portion of the membership assigns authority and responsibility to HR departments that simply do not have those responsibilities. The authority and responsibility always lies in the executive suites and managerial roles and not in HR, as it is so very often misunderstood to be. Use references from the readings as well as outside research, and remember to include APA citations and references to your sources.
