You have been hired to bid on a contract to rebuild the small island country of Nameless, which has reached a peace accord after 50 years of fighting. The bid must be 5-7 pages in length, single-spaced, Times New Roman font, 12-font size, and one-inch margins, with APA or MLA citation methods. (Hint: Think about the chapters and the outline as examples) ;)

In your discussion on how to rebuild the island of Nameless, include the following (be sure to have the important elements):

1. What type of a democracy will maintain the peace?

2. Identify the main parts of the constitution. Provide details for each section.

3. Discuss the structure of federalism, including the national, regional, and local sections if any.

4. Discuss the importance of media during the transition. What types will be used by the government and the people. Be specific.

5. What roles will interest groups have in the new government? Think about all of the players who stand to gain power in order to maintain the peace. Name a few interest groups and how they will interact with key parts of the government. Be sure to include checks and balances on their powers to avoid more conflict.

6. After years of fighting, social movements are going to be necessary to avoid additional conflicts. Discuss their rights and acceptable methods of redress.
