1. What kinds of things do you think an administrator needs to watch when administering grant funds?

2. sometimes programs are put in place to keep "problems" from occurring.  Give some examples of programs like these that you know about?

3. Can you have a program plan without a program evaluation? Can you have a program evaluation without a program plan? If one or the other is possible, would either of these options be a good idea? Why or why not?

4. if you wanted to develop a new program for PEACE that would benefit the target population, how might you go about doing research to learn about the target population and be sure that your programming ideas would be beneficial and help solve a problem that the target population faces?
