Ask Operation Management Expert

Alex decides to rob a local store. He grabs his brother’s toy water gun and heads to the store. Alex walks up to the cashier, points the toy pistol at him, and demands that he turn over all of the money in the cash register. The cashier begins to argue with Alex. Alex gets nervous, hits the cashier in the head with the toy gun, and runs out of the store without obtaining any of the money. Can the cashier sue Alex? If so, what would he sue Alex for?
