After using Monistat 1 a yellowish green clump of discharge, Ask an Expert

After using Monistat 1 a yellowish green clump of discharge came out is this the capsule coming out? In another form/color? I had also previously thought it was bacteria vaginosis and treated it with metrodizedgel which turned a once thick clumpy discharge into a white cottage cheese looking discharge which made me use the monistat 1. I'm also on my cycle but am having a lot of itching that I normally don't get with BV.
