After choosing your topic you must conduct research that supports the topic by locating 5 sources that describe your topic and how to best implement and/or execute this aspect of a Quality System. The final aspect of the project is to synthesize the information from the 5 sources into a single, overall model for your chosen area. For Example, if you choose “The Strategic Planning Process” you will locate at least 5 sources that describe the strategic planning process. From each of these sources, you will then summarize the main themes and from these themes you will then develop/synthesize your own model (but based on the research) on how to best conduct strategic planning.

Prepare a one (1) page summary of (a) the topic and its basic function and purpose within a quality management system, (b) explain what aspect of the topic you will present.

Locate at least 5 sources related directly to your topic; these must be peer reviewed journal articles or published books. 4. Review each source and summarize the main concepts as they relate to your topic. 5. Synthesize the results and create a final model that depicts the best method to implement and execute your aspect within a quality management system. In other words when the paper is complete you have written a short white paper on “how to” best execute your topic within a quality management system.

My topic would be Supply Chain Management and Supplier Development.
