After being relatively incative due to a herniated lumbar disc, I have began to use my exercise?Since I had a triple heart bypass in 2009, I am concerned re the inactivity, and so began taking my BP before and after 15, now 20 min exercise. For example, my BP this am was 118/78, P97. After exercise, my BP was 122/69, with a P89. I am curious if this is normal, as I haven't encountered this situation before.
