problem 1: group: Produce A4 size poster (250 words) advertising and highlighting the essential’s HRM approach to recruitment and selection in the organisation. This is to be undertaken individually.
problem 2: individual: produce a briefing paper (1750 words) describeing to the head of the organisation and the management team the role of HRM in recruitment and selection in that organisation, highlighting the areas of poor or good practice.

Advice note: individuals should submit the (group) poster, and (individual) briefing paper in one document.

The discussion in the briefing paper should be supported by references to theory.

The poster should be clear, well designed, understandable, and advertise and highlight the essential’s HRM approach to recruitment and selection in the organisation.

The briefing sheet: Recruitment and selection in that organisation, the overall procedure from job description to appointment employer branding and recruiting for attitude references to relevant antidiscrimination legislation .
