Find a video of your own choosing via YouTube, TED, or INSEAD that explores a topic related to the course content at this point. For video examples, see . Do not choose a video that has already been posted by another student.

Reflect on the video, don't just summarize, and respond to it in approximately 200 words with a posting in Forums. Do not use MS Word attachments. Be sure to include a full citation in APA or MLA format and link to the video that you choose. Your post must include the following (and will be scored accordingly). 25 points

1. Summary of the content that is being reflected upon.

Briefly summarize the video so that the reader of the reflection has sufficient background to understand your reflective comments in context.

2. Personal/professional connections/reflections related to this content.

Thoughtfully consider aspects of your personal and professional development that are or could be impacted by the content of the video or by the example or "presence" of the individual.

Thoughtfully consider how this video relates (or could/should relate) to your discipline of study (business in general and your concentration in particular), to academic theories or models, and/or ideas you have explored in an academic context.

Make sure the topic has to do with administrative policy!!!!
