b. The company is approached by a Government agency to develop a customized version of Product A. The company enters into a contract to do so. c. Half way through the project, the Government agency modifies the contract (and the company agrees) to change the direction of the customized product. The new deliverable is based on both Products A and B, doubling the number of project employees. How would you reorganize the company to support this change? Draw the organization chart and explain.

d. Toward project completion, Adelphi notices that soon there will be 10 employees that have to be terminated. A market investigation reveals that the software developed under the contract for the customization project has a good chance of commercial success. Adelphi approaches the Government and secures the data rights to commercially market the software as Product C. Obviously, Product C has a large overlap with A and B. The overlap is both in engineering labor and in the target market segments. How would you reorganize the Company? Draw the new organization chart and explain.
