Organizational ambidexterity, defined as an organizations ability to be aligned and efficient in its management of today's business demands while simultaneously being adaptive to changes in the environment, has gained increasing interest in recent years. To develop a comprehensive model to covers research into the antecedents, moderators and outcomes of organizational ambidexterity they indicate the gaps within and across different research domains and point the important avenues for future research.
Prior suggested studies of organizational and environmental antecedent are important to the development of innovation ambidexterity on balancing dimension, which are recommended to a superior firm performance to be central. This research examines the internal and external antecedent of SME's innovation ambidexterity outcomes. It aims to interpret the organizational capability of ambidexterity into a typology of hierarchical dimensions that enabling mechanisms and capabilities.
The purpose of this study, know the impact of leadership, structure, and connectedness on organizational ambidexterity and performance. data were collected from 40 employees who participated.
