About 10 years ago, I had a "breakdown" of sorts with severe anxiety/OCD. My dr. put me on 20mg of Lexapro and it worked like a charm for many, many years. I decided to wean myself off of it because I was trying to have a baby. It did not go well. My anxiety/OCD came back and I went back on the Lex. Only gave it about 2 weeks and was so desperate for relief that I decided to give Viibryd a try at my dr.'s recommendation. I am now on 40mg of Viibryd for about two months and am still struggling with anxiety/OCD. Wondering if I should switch back to the Lex, which helped me so much before. Just not sure if 20mg of Lex would be as potent as the 40mg of Viibryd I am on now. Any advice?
