• What are the relative advantages and disadvantages of large groups versus small groups? b. How Should Organizations Handle Stress?

Answer the following question in a paper of 250 to 500 words (1 to 2 pages).

• Think about the last significant stressful experience that you had on your job or in an organization to which you belong (such as your school or a religious organization). Briefly describe the situation and the physiological, psychological, and behavioral consequences of the stress. Finally, answer the following question: Did the organization help you cope with the stressors? If so, how? If not, should they have done so? Give reasons for your response.
