INCOTERM Assignment

Please recognise the INCOTERM for each item listed below by using the INCOTERM 2011 chart (see other file).

(1) A transaction where an American seller is to transport the goods by sea from the port of Oakland, California to Vancouver, Canada and the Canadian buyer's sole duties are to arrange for import clearance as well as purchase insurance against loss from the moment the goods cross the ship's rail.

(5) A transaction where a Mexican seller is to contract for motor carriage of the goods, transport the goods to another motor carrier for transport across the U.S. boarder pay unloading as well as loading costs, arrange for disseminate clearance and obtain insurance on the U.S. buyer's behalf for final distribution to Phoenix, Arizona.
