A robotics firm has appointed a consultant to aid apply advanced manufacturing methods to raise profits. Currently the firm sells most of its products to a high-end customized online retailer and sales are steady at 250 per month. A single work cell manufactures the robots. First the parts should be assembled, next software should be installed, and finally the robot should be safely packed and labelled for shipping.
