A junior member of the company has submitted a complaint that she has been sexually harassed by a member of the senior management team on two occasions. Your report needs to discuss how to address this issue using the Bartol et al. (2008: 109) Decision Making Process:

Understanding the cultural context for a problem is vital to addressing it appropriately and rules governing decision making are often culturally based (Beamer and Varner, 2008). You are an Australian Business operating in the Australian cultural context, however the employee who has made the complaint is Vietnamese and works in the manufacturing function of the Supermarket Group in Vietnam. The report needs to explain the decision-making process that you went through in addressing the problem and make recommendations that are informed by cultural understanding. The Report will advise the management team on how to address the problem.
