She normally takes over an hour to get ready and would like to reduce the amount of time she needs to get prepared to head out the door. I asked her to identify all of her morning activities and rough estimates that each take her to complete. Your assignment is to take the chart of her morning tasks and time duration in minutes and develop a network diagram and use critical path method to find the shortest time to complete all of these tasks. Make note of what tasks need to precede one another, for example, I know Allison, and she would never the leave the house without clean sparkling teeth.
