Respond this post 25-80 words

The key difference between adult criminal court and juvenile court is the age limit above 18 and 18 or younger. The crimes that are committed by juveniles sometimes receive leniency depending on record and serious of crime which that are sometimes offered rehabilitation assistance. Lastly for juvenile court there is no jury trial for the juvenile only the judge, the attorney and if a social worker is assigned to the child to monitor their process. However, looking a adult criminal court you are looking if plea deals being made, bail hearing, for harsher punishment for serious offenders that ends them up in prison. In Adult criminal court you have those with a long criminal record and they are older than the age of 18.

If John Doe, a juvenile, has engaged in a felony offense such as burglary, robbery, or manslaughter the circumstances that the Joe would receive a jury trial in juvenile setting is depending on the state in addition what type of class felony they have committed. Well any type of felony they will be tried as an adult. They will receive a jury trial based on guilt as well. In addition, if a Joe was indicted on any of these charges will be granted a jury trial. When anyone has charges brought against them and charged as an adult this a considerable reason to be granted a jury trial.
