A couple months ago, I started a job that required a lot of movement (bending down and such) and it led me to have severe pain in my left mid-back. I saw a chiropractor twice and had an adjustment done both times. I eventually left that position and the pain stopped. But now for the past couple of weeks, I've noticed that whenever I bend over, I get a weird numbness/tingling in the same spot that pain was in. It's really concerning now because it's becoming more and more frequent. Any ideas?
