The branch manager of a US firm hired a Chinese employee to attract buisness from the vast increase in the Chinese community in Los Angeles. A Chinese employee for an American financial institituion believes in doing his work according to the chinese buisness customs and traditions. The employee does not want to use the traditional american way of Cold Calling but rather go to chinese held parties and banquests to meet his prospects. Furthermore, after couple months he had his first customer and began buying and selling certian stocks and securites that are risky and non recommended by the firm.
