A. Analyze and describe the company using the organizational behavior for strategic execution. Describe three strategies for empowering and motivating the workforce, using workforce collaboration and collaborative objectives. Develop a RACI matrix including industry specific business processes.

B. Analyze and describe the company’s current business processes. Create the first business processes diagram of the company’s current business processes including workforce accountability and enable techniques to control, measure and manage the necessary performance outcome. Create the second business processes diagram including the three organizational behavior strategies described on part A.

C. Describe the differences between IT transaction-oriented and process-centric models. Identify the architectural building blocks and describe their importance to a process-centric IT, describe how to petition for process-centric IT strategy and discuss the IT investment practices of industry leaders.
