It is not own and operated by a big cooperation , that goal is profit, Elm City market is not based on profit, but providing new Hvaen community with fresh and organic foods.

2) Elm City Market neutrality Policy is to provide equality and not be objective, but provide its employees with the mecessary tools to decide if they want to unionize or not, and are will to work with them to better service their workers. Elm City Market is to be neutral and not make decisions based on demoracy ,ior religion or race, but focus on equality and the needs of the workers.

3) Elm City cultureandenivornments is to provide healthy and safe food for the customers and make sure that the customers needs are being represented in their products.
