(We had a team projected together where we should do marketing, finance, accounting, manufacturing parts)

1) How well our team operated, dynamics of the team? (basically you should write that we split the parts and than we check it together, we take decision after discussions and etc) 1 page

2) Compare my team with a previous team I had. ( write something like, this team the best one I had, because we were unit, productive and etc) 1 page

All answers should include some theory like we had adaptive thinking, we are from different countries and it usually not easy to adapt, plus our team collaboration ,listen carefully to each other and etc.
