a. Write this summary in essay format with an opening paragraph, thesis statement, and three supporting statements. Follow this with paragraphs supporting each of your thesis statements and finish with a concluding paragraph.

b. Discuss the dietary analysis and discuss any changes that you need to make in your diet. Use the information provided on the advanced report, the All-Daily Reports, using 3 days of your input to generate the report. This information should give you valuable insight into your diet and activity. Do not attach the actual 3-day analysis to this document; just reference it in your summary.

c. Discuss the relationships between aging, activity and metabolism, referencing the labs on metabolism and aging.

d. Discuss junk foods and their relationship to activity.
