Assignment:

Your team will be the engineering and marketing team with the said assignment to evaluate the options available in the above case and to make the recommendations as to how to move forward. You will be responsible to do a simple market study for sales of industrial and utility boilers in the Middle East and Africa plus India and in Asia for their Indonesian operation, make any appropriate assumptions for missing information, select the mode of entry you would suggest for the selected company, show due diligence expected, cost or price of entry, proceed with starting up the new organizations and transitioning into next year and predicting the results for the next year. The assignment will culminate with each team making presentation to the class on 12/6& 12/8 followed by submitting a detailed written report to be submitted on 12/14.
