5.) The New York City Public Schools have been struggling for some time.  Former Mayor Michael Bloomberg famously hired as his âchange agentâ someone who had little experience in the field of education. Current Mayor Bill De Blasio quickly reversed that decision, bringing in an experienced educator who had once been a teacher. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these approaches? Which would you employ if you became Mayor of NYC? Explain your reasoning.
