NOTE: In answering this question, be sure that you identify jobs that are logically linked to the strengths. Do not merely identify jobs that you have already assumed are suitable or are associated with your current program of study (although you may include these if they are logically connected to your strengths). It is OK if you identify a job or kind of work that you have not thought of before or may not intend to pursue.

What's important here is that the job/work you identify is connected to the strengths.

2. Identify someone who knows you well - ideally someone who has more work and life experience than you (e.g., a parent, aunt/uncle, a mentor), although a friend would suffice. Show that person your top five signature strengths and allow him or her to read your answer to

Then ask him or her to (i) provide feedback on whether these choices make sense in light of your strengths; and (ii) suggest other jobs, besides those you identified, that may suit your top strengths. (Please note that you should give this person some time to think about their response. Don't ask them and then immediately expect a response). Include their feedback here in your write-up. Then, in your assignment, write a response to their feedback - what do you think about their feedback and the job suggestions they made.
