1. For this project assignment, you will be completing a cost estimate for your design. You may likely have to reach out to vendors and / or managing agencies to determine costs for the various pieces of your project, so start on this one right away to give them time to respond.
2. All items necessary to make your solution function, including data collection, processing, and communications, should be included in this submittal. These items should have been identified in PA6 (communications and system configuration. Please see second attachment), so there should be no new design required here.
3. Create a table similar to that shown below in which you will list all of the items in your estimate. this table should reflect the price for each component of my proposed solutions. please see the second attachment for more information's of my proposed solutions

In this table, you'll provide information regarding where you located the price for each item as well as some background information about the price. Your goal is to create an equipment estimate of your system. One of the biggest challenges in compiling an estimate such as this is trying to get prices that are inclusive only of the item you are trying to price. For example, does the Loop Detector include the amplifier card and all the cabling back to the cabinet? Does it include installation? In this table, you will document this type of information, and how you arrived at your price listed in your estimate table.
5. Digitally annotate copies of your System Configuration and Communications plans with the numbers in the tables above so that the reader can link the estimate and description tables with these diagrams.
6. Use text sparingly to walk the reader through your deliverable.
7. Develop presentation with 15 minutes slides where you will present your solution, your estimate, and lessons learned using the ‘Ignite' format ( please see the third attachment . The ‘Ignite' format is such that your slides will advance automatically after 20 seconds.. To do this within PowerPoint, on the ‘Transitions' menu bar, under ‘Advance Slide,' uncheck ‘On Mouse Click,' check ‘After,' and fill in 20s for the duration.
