1) Your only assignment this week is a discussion board reflection on the semester. Think back on all of the information we've covered this semester. What is the most interesting and/or useful thing you've learned this semester and WHY?

There is a lot of topics that I learn from this class. Looking back on all the information we've covered this semester the most interesting that I learned is from chapter 1 weak versus strong critical thinking. My discussion is about how did someone deliberately distorts information. My discussion was explained how did an individual is a victim of distorting the truth. It is about David Bryant who was in prison for more than 40 years. The prosecutor did not do their job properly and did not take proper steps, in resulting the case. I believe need to deeply understand critical thinking mostly in sentencing a person. It is necessary to give justice to all the victims of any crime but they also have a responsibility to deliver the truth. Simply imagine if we keep sending a person to prison without proper investigation what will happen to our justice system. How many people will be the victim of wrongful conviction? I believe that this discussion gives a big impact on me because I feel sad for those who are the victims of wrongful conviction. I will not forget this discussion because I know numerous of an individual is the victim of distorting the truth.
