And, as the manager of the courtroom, what do you think judges can and should do to discourage this kind of behavior during court proceedings?

3). One of the key components of drug courts is to provide treatment and rehabilitation services to offenders. In fact, drug court is described as "a comprehensive therapeutic experience" wherein "criminal justice professional are members of the therapeutic team" (Bureau of Justice Assistance, 2004, p. 7). Do you believe this rehabilitative approach to drug offenders will be successful in the long term? Why or why not?
