The reason being that our product isnt like an actual fortune cookie is because on the inside, instead of the message being a fortune, its a compliment. 2. The chocolate on the outside of our cookies will be sold in various Hershey flavors: Reese's, white chocolate, dark, and milk. ONLY THESE FLAVORS WILL BE SOLD IN STORES, the rest will be online: such as kit-Kat, Cookies and Cream, crunch, etc. This is because we want to push people to visit our website and explore more options and buy more. 

3. If a customer wants to edit the message on the inside for a special event: such as birthdays, holidays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, sports banquets, retirement parties, etc. they must visit our website and do the process online. They are able to customize the chocolate flavor, the color of the chocolate, add sprinkles, chocolate drizzle, etc. Delivery is fast and efficient. 

4. our products sold in stores are 12 cookies for $10, the rest of the chocolate flavored cookies like Reese's, cookies and cream, crunch, Kit-Kat, etc. will only be sold in packs of 20 for $15. If you buy online, shipping is free after $50, and the customers are able to order however many they want and the price will be determined digitally. ALSO, CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO CREATE VARIETY PACKS OF DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF THEIR DESIRE

5. The reason our company will remain successful is because we have many options. We will create holiday colored Hershey Occasions for Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.
