Now that you are more comfortable in your role as HR Executive, you are now able to focus of developing performance measures and evaluating current HR Strategies. Please answer the following:

B. List two types of surveys that would be suitable for evaluating attitudes, opinions, and feelings of the hotel employees.

D. Create a Code of Conduct suitable for the Rider Hotel. Ensure Personal behavior is consistent ethical and reflects values of the organization. Also observe confidentiality requirements where dealing with all HR information and ensure all persons in HR team are clear about ethics expectations of their behavior. Ensure all unethical behavior is dealt with promptly.

E. Establish systems for gathering and storing information needed to provide HR services.
