1. is the electoral college a dangerous anachronism or force for stability within our political system?

2. should all voters be free to participate in any party primary-or does such step make it too dificult for the parties to present  coherent group of candidaes and policies?

3. should states retain ther treasured tight to set the dates of their presidential primares or should the national parties assume responsibility for establishing a ratonal primary schedule?

4. Are campaign contributiobs a consititutionally protcted form o free speech- or are they too often a source of corruption within the political system?

5. should all the politically active grouos be required to furnish the identites of their major contributors-or should we allow contributors to remain anonymous because they might suffer reprisals due to their contriutions?
