Using the guidelines in the selected article, informally assess your own workplace in this particular area. Then propose changes to improve your organization in this area, using a logic model to help you think through the change process. Because thinking and defining interrelationships is so important, be sure to review the theory of change/program design type of logic model that is described in the Kellogg Foundation's Logic Model Development Guide (http://www.wkkf.org/knowledge-center/resources/2006/02/WK-Kellogg-Foundation-Logic-Model-Development-Guide.aspx). You will find this type of model described briefly on page 9 and then more in depth in Chapter 3 (pp. 27-34), with an example on page 34. In using this model for this assignment, substitute "organization/team" for their "community" references.Include the following in your paper:
