2. Think about your own personal Strengths and Weaknesses. Knowing how to discover these is just as important to the individual as it is to companies. Without getting TOO personal (especially with weaknesses), feel free to share your thoughts with the class.

3. What about Opportunities and Threats? There are many opportunities out there that don't affect all of us. For example, as a white male, I would not be able to do much with the availability of low-interest loans and grants available to minority women, which to them would be an opportunity. As a tenured faculty member, my position with the university would likely be less threatened by swings in enrollment patterns than it would be if I were a part-time adjunct instructor.
