• What are the health and illness beliefs and practices that have been passed on through your family?

• Is there a difference in your or your family's definitions of health vs. HEALTH and illness vs. ILLNESS? Why?

• Tell what practices you plan to carry forward in your life and which ones you won't and why.

• If your family really doesn't have many traditions, do you think traditions are important and do you want to develop some?

• What new discoveries have you made as part of your participation in this class?
