1) Do outside research on what are the relevant compliance issues associated with the Disability Laws, especially the regulations, for employers in general. This is from the perspective as it relates to Title IIV in relation to employee/employeer relationships only.  Write a one-two page summary of your research, making sure you identify at least 2 compliance issues, and list your references.

2) Do outside research on whether or not the Disability laws and regulations have been effective in reducing or eliminating discrimination based on disability.  Write a one-two page summary of your research and list your references.  (Please note that this should be different than outside opinions on what needs to be changed.  This is looking for opinions on whether the law has been effective and made a difference in the lives that it was supposed to impact.  It is the big picture point of view.)
