2. Create a company of your own that sells a particular service.What part of the service industry does it participate in and what does it sell to consumers? Explain how the different aspects of service blueprinting are implemented from start to finish while rendering the service.

3. Create a company of your own that sells a particular product. During the manufacturing process, the company tries to implement design for environment. What product is it selling? How was the goal of design for environment addressed and how does this set it apart from other companies that do not implement design for environment? In what way was sustainability in the manufacturing process achieved?
