Ali has heard that a document called Power of Attorney is a legal document which empowers Jamal to do all acts as per Ali's the instructions. Ali is however worried that once the sale is concluded, the prospective buyers may call off the sale on the ground that the Power of Attorney is null and void. As you have legal knowledge in this area of the law, Ali seeks your advice on what constitutes a power of attorney and under what circumstances it can be deemed valid and null and void.
